The volume-discount discovery data for a product (the dedicated VOLUME_DISCOUNTS query - product refs + shop refs + collection ids in ONE request), normalized to the shape the server transform and client adoption both consume. Cached per product+namespace+locale, like getProductMetafields. Null when the product wasn’t found.
