The engine is free and open source; you never need the app to build a store. Installing the Storesynk AI Shopify app gives you the MCP server for AI build tools on any plan. The app has two plans, billed monthly or yearly through Shopify.

Bundles, discounts, customer pricing, page gates, and integrations are Pro features whether you create them in the app or ask the AI agent to create them for you.
Prices are shown at checkout in the Shopify admin. Open Plans in the app to upgrade.
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”Nothing is deleted. Active offers, catalogs, and gates are deactivated, and your integration credentials stay stored. Customer group tags remain on your customers. Upgrading again brings everything back as you left it. A cancelled subscription stays Pro until the end of the billing cycle.
